Vacheresse built the bar menu at Bar Masa and several other Manhattan restaurants. At his place, there are both classic and signature cocktails including the "Get Off My Lawn" (Carpano di Torino white vermouth, Montenegro Amaro, Herbsaint, Agnostura Bitters, and muddled apple).
